Puesto #1 La canción nos cuenta la historia de Fantine, una mujer abandonada por el que creía el amor de su vida. Movida por el deseo y el amor quedó embarazada de Cosette y el padre la dejó sola. A partir de esto, Cosette, su hija, se vuelve su motor principal y todo lo que hace lo es por ella, a pesar de esto esa niña representa una parte del sueño esfumado y es el recuerdo de su pérdida de esperanza. Trabajaba en una fábrica de telas, la despiden y por obtener dinero vende su cabello, su guardapelo y ante la desesperación, decide prostituirse con el único fin de mandarle dinero a su hija con los taberneros que la cuidan
