La cancion va dedicada a Layne Staley, vocalista de Alice in Chains, que era amigo del cantante Aaron Lewis, el cantante de Staind, en si la cancion trata de cuando lewis se entero de la muerte de Layne, quedando en shock, pero agradeciondole por todo lo que hizo y como lo ayudo, diciendo que nunca lo va a olvidar.
